A 33-page data book(PDF, 2MB) of question responses in detailed data tables by the following characteristics: a) all Weld County, b) geographic region, c) age group, d) ethnicity, e) education level, f) income level, g) federal poverty status group, and h) insurance status. The data book shows how different subgroups responded to the same question on the 2016 survey.
Since 2007, the Community Health Survey has been conducted every 3 years by Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment. In 2016, a random sample of 8,500 households were selected to complete the survey with 2,080 adult residents responding. The aggregated results provide local-level data on health status, health behaviors, and health concerns and needs of Weld County residents. This survey is part of the Health Department’s continuous effort to understand residents' health status and encourage ongoing community dialogue about health issues and concerns through the collection of information and data.
