Notice of Proposed 2025 Weld County Budget

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Weld County Commissioners for the ensuing year of 2025. The Board will hold public hearings each of the dates in its’ Hearing Room, Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for a three-reading process on Monday 11/4/2024, Monday 11/18/2024, and Monday 12/2/2024, at 9:00 a.m.

Notice of Waiver of the Right of First Refusal Granted to Weld County

On August 5, 2024, the Weld County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 2024-2085, which waives the Board’s right of first refusal to purchase, with a matched offer, “qualifying properties” (multifamily residential or mixed-use residential property consisting of not less than five units that is existing affordable housing, excluding a mobile home park), granted in C.R.S. §29-4-1202(3).
