The 2024 Workforce Symposium, an annual event designed for industry leaders, professionals, and stakeholders to discuss the future of the workforce, returns to Greeley on Sept. 24, at the Aims Community College Welcome Center. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and programming runs from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Rich Feller (pictured right), a nationally recognized thought-leader, counselor, educator, and distinguished teaching scholar with over 30 years of experience supporting people and organizations to be their best.

Additional speakers this year include Dr. Erika Michalski, Isaac Bowen, and Dain Johnson — all of whom will bring insight and excitement to the symposium and its associated sessions.

Session topics are wide-ranging, including focus on ethics in talent acquisition; leveraging people and data to drive results and retain top talent; and much more. Experts and professionals will speak and lead discussions in seven concurrent sessions, which will be offered three times during the event allowing participants to engage in more learning opportunities this year.

The Workforce Symposium is presented each year through a partnership by Employment Services of Weld County and Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development, and promises insightful discussions, networking opportunities and workshops to help attendees navigate the ever-changing workforce landscape. Both seasoned professionals and those starting out in their careers are invited to gain valuable knowledge and make meaningful connections. Lunch, coffee, snacks, and other networking opportunities are scheduled throughout.
