Notice Of November General Election
In accordance with the provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM on the 5th Day of November 2024.
Mail Ballot Election
If you are participating in the November General Election, you must be a resident of Colorado for 22 days prior to the Election. Mail Ballots will be sent to all active registered voters beginning October 11, 2024.
Last Day Ballots Will Be Mailed
The last day that ballots will be mailed is October 28, 2024; however, voters can still obtain a ballot at any of the (16) Voter Service and Polling Centers listed below up to and including Election Day.

Visit a Voter Service and Polling Center to:
- Drop off your ballot.
- Vote in person.
- Obtain as replacement ballot.
- Register to vote or update your voter registration

- Opening Monday, October 21st
- Weekdays: October 21st – November 4th
- Monday-Friday • 8:00 am-5:00 pm
