From the Office of the Weld County Assessor
In compliance with Colorado law (39-5-122(1), C.R.S.), beginning on May 1, 2025, the assessor will hear objections and protests to valuations for assessment of real property. Current values will become final unless protests are filed with the assessor by the end of business June 9, 2025.
Objections to taxable values for 2025 must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed not later than June 9, 2025. Objections presented by person and by phone will be accepted through June 9, 2025, 5:00 p.m. MDT.
Information for requesting a review of valuations and for filing objections is available on the web site assessor.weld.gov.
