Building and Operational Standards

WCCMA Policy Statement 1: WCCMA shall strictly adhere to all applicable Weld County Government Policies regarding building standards, including but not limited to Section 17-4-80 - Accessibility in County buildings, which mandates compliance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and the ADA Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance

WCCMA Policy Statement 2: In alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq., WCCMA commits to ensuring that all its office locations are fully accessible to individuals with disabilities. This includes physical accessibility to buildings, as well as the provision of services and accommodations necessary to ensure equitable access to all programs and services offered by the agency.

Office Location and Hours

WCCMA Policy Statement 3: Consistent with the Case Management Agency contract requirements and Weld County Government Policies (e.g., per Sec 17-4-10), WCCMA's office locations and building office hours are established to provide accessible, reliable service to our community. Our offices shall be open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with public access hours possibly adjusted within this range as operational needs dictate, ensuring such changes are communicated effectively to the public.

WCCMA primary office is located at 315 N. 11th Avenue, Building C, Greeley, Colorado. Beyond our primary location, WCCMA has access to a broad network of facilities to better serve our community, including:

  • Three buildings on the main campus in Greeley.
  • One facility in downtown Greeley, offering convenient access for urban residents.
  • A location in Fort Lupton, providing services to the southeastern part of Weld County.
  • A facility in Del Camino, extending our reach to the southwestern communities.
