Aging Adults

We provide a range of services to support seniors in our community. Our Estate Recovery program ensures that Medicaid recipients' estates are settled fairly. We also offer Senior Site Support, providing activities, education, and advocacy to enhance life in senior living communities. As an Area Agency on Aging, we connect older adults and caregivers with local resources and guidance. Additionally, our Centennial Club celebrates and supports seniors aged 100+, recognizing their wisdom and experience. We're here to help seniors thrive and age with dignity.

AAA plans, coordinates, and advocates for services to meet the needs of older adults (60+).

Centennial Club of Weld County Questionnaire

The Centennial Club of Weld County honors residents turning 100 years old or older. The Weld County Board of Commissioners would like to recognize these centenarians for reaching this impressive milestone with a proclamation at a live streamed board meeting and social media recognition.

Estate Recovery

Estate Recovery is a federally mandated program to help pay for medical costs for the increasing number of people in need of care.

Senior Site Support

Thank you to our volunteers! We could not do it without you. The services our volunteers provide are invaluable. A core of about 300 volunteers contributes more than 20,000 hours annually to keep the Friendly Fork Program going.
