WCYCC’s Teamwork Innovation Growth Hope and Training (TIGHT) crew operates in partnership with the Weld County Department of Human Services Child Welfare division. All crew members are referred to TIGHT through a Child Welfare Case Worker and are enrolled in either the year-round crew (not attending school) or Summer TIGHT (in-school youth). TIGHT works alongside Child Welfare, 19th District Juvenile Probation, North Range Behavioral Health, and other supports to ensure that crew members are engaged in a positive and structured environment where they can work on educational achievements, life skills, and healthy engagement in their communities.
