Video and Audio Access Instructions

To view the website for Board of County Commissioners Meetings, Housing Authority Board Meetings, Commissioner Public Hearings, and Planning Commission Hearings, please navigate to the Commissioner Public Meetings website.

Please note: the live streaming service is not supported by Internet Explorer.

Live Events: Weld County Board of Commissioners' Meetings, Public Hearings, Housing Authority Board Meetings, and Planning Commission Hearings, are all live streamed. The regular Commissioners' Meetings and Housing Authority Board Meetings are also available on-demand within three working days following the meeting. Upcoming live streamed meetings are accessible under 'Current and Upcoming Events'.

• The word 'LIVE' will be displayed to the left of the description of the meeting. To view the video and Agenda, select the meeting title.

• While the word 'LIVE' might be displayed prior to the meeting start time, the video is not viewable and listenable until the meeting commences.

• When the meeting is 'LIVE', allow the video viewer screen to load for 30-60 seconds. Once the screen loads and buffers, click the play button for the live streamed video to commence.

• If the meeting is no longer 'LIVE', it is no longer accessible. However, regular Commissioner Board Meetings and Housing Authority Board Meetings will be available on-demand within three working days of the meeting. Allow the video viewer screen to load for 30-60 seconds. Once the screen loads and buffers, click the play button for the on-demand video to commence.

Event Bookmarks: selecting a bookmark title fast-forwards the video to the portion of the Agenda and meeting that you wish to view. For example, if you select the bookmark titled 'Minutes', the video will be fast-forwarded to the 'Minutes' section of the Agenda and meeting.

To view Agenda and Minutes documents for regular Commissioner Board Meetings and Housing Authority Board Meetings, click on 'Download' and select the item you wish to view. Please note: Minutes are uploaded at a later date after staff processing.

To search for a meeting not already displayed, enter keywords, phrases, or dates of interest in the 'Search' field. Please note: the video recording system was not adopted by the Weld County Board of Commissioners and Housing Authority Board until September 30, 2019. Video recordings prior to this date do not exist. Past Agendas and Minutes prior to this date can be accessed by utilizing the 'Document Search Quick Tips' section on the right-hand side of the screen.

My Subscriptions:

• To create subscriptions, select 'MANAGE'.
• Enter your login information or select 'Create Account' if you have not previously done so.
• Enter your personal information in the corresponding fields. Select 'SUBMIT'.
• You will be notified that you have been 'successfully registered'. Select 'OK'.
• You can then select the meetings you would like to subscribe to. Select 'Submit'.
• You will be notified that your settings have been saved. Select 'OK'.
• The items that you have subscribed to will then be displayed in the 'My Subscriptions' section of the webpage.
• You can modify your subscriptions and unsubscribe by selecting 'MANAGE'.
• You can modify your contact information by selecting 'PROFILE'.

My Favorites:

• To add a meeting to your favorites, select the meeting, which will open the meeting viewer screen. Select 'Favorites'.
• If you aren't already logged in, the system will prompt you to do so.
• Once logged in, select 'ADD'. This will add the meeting to your favorites.
