As of January 1, 2022, Weld County Building Code adopted and enforces the following International Codes in all areas of Unincorporated Weld County:

2018 International Building Code
2018 International Existing Building Code
2018 International Residential Code
2018 International Mechanical Code
2018 International Plumbing Code
2018 International Fuel Gas Code
2018 International Energy Conservation Code

The following codes remain as currently adopted:  

2023 National Electrical Code
1997 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings
2018 International Energy Conservation Code
2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code

Amendments to all adopted codes may be found on the County Website listed in Chapter 29 of the Weld County Code.
