Accela ACA Updates

On October 23, 2023, Weld County updated Accela Citizen Access (ACA), also referred to as the E-Permit Center. This required update will give the County the ability to continue providing accessibility, efficiency, scalability, and resiliency, and will make functionality improvements and services easier in the future.  The e-Permit site will have a different look and new URL, but the overall functionality remains the same.  The new URL is https://aca-PROD.accela.com/WELD, please update your bookmarks!  If you have any questions, please contact us at epermitcenter@co.weld.co.us.

Some key notes about this update:

• Update your bookmarks to the new URL at https://aca-PROD.accela.com/WELD.
• The layout of the home page has changed to a new look and feel and will be more compliant with standards of digital accessibility.
• If you previously had a user account / sign-in on e-Permit center, it will continue to work, and all of your current / previous records will remain intact.
• Some search options have changed, which we hope will enhance your user experience.
• Any online applications that were started and not completed prior to Thursday, October 19th at 5:00 p.m. were not transitioned and will need resubmitted.
• If you are encountering issues/errors when logging into Weld County's E-Permit Center, please clear your browser cache and try again.
